Thursday 13: Random Thoughts

I have 3/4 of a teaspoon on brainpower left. This summer is just sucking the life out of me. S0 a quick random glimpse into whatever thought pops into my head.

13: I hate mosquitoes with a hate as hot as the flames of a crackwhore’s crotch. *itchitchitch*

12: Why is there no government stipend for writers/mothers? There should be.

11: Too much sex toy browsing with Ginny Glass last night (for prize baskets, people, mind out of the gutter). Dreamed I was in a vibe warehouse. It hummed.

10: Didn’t sleep well and Am grumpy today. Not too different than normalĀ  lately.

9: I am so far behind on technology it isn’t funny. I feel like the caveman in the Geico commercials.

8: I miss the mountains.

7: I want to write and write and yet, my brain is in a meh loop and I don’t like anything that comes out.

6: I make a killer pan of homemade lasagna. Now if it wasn’t so damn hot I might feel like eating.

5: Sometimes I live too much in my stories and then get confused when the real world intrudes.

4: The last few books I have read left me wondering what the hell??

3: I want a nose job like a teenage boy wants laid.

2: I dodged a professional bullet yesterday and feel guilty because I feel so relieved.

1: Pajamas are wonderful clothes and should be given more respect.

    Never disrespect the jammies!

And I’m with you on the mosquito hate. Unfortunately, they love me. It’s a b*tch being popular, isn’t it? ;)

  • Paige Tyler says:

LOL! Those these kinds of TT’s!

    *hugs*

    My TT is at http://paigetylertheauthor.blogspot.com/

  • I swear, every week I find another twin I was separated from at birth. I loathe mosquitos (though they adore me!), need a stipend, love sex toy browsing, didn’t sleep well last night, am far behind on technology (my cell phone is JUST a phone), miss the mountains (I lived in Vail for 10 year and now live in Nebraska), want to write and don’t like anything that comes out, make killer lasagna, live in my stories, feel like WTH about too many books I read, would kill for a nose job, feel guilty relief in the professional arena, and think pajamas should be acceptable office wear.

  • Darla says:

Someone else was just touting the joys of pajamas. Funny. I hope you cool down and fire up the writing.

  • Neith says:

I’m also on team Mosquito Hater.

    *hugs*

  • Heather says:

Staying in ones pajamas all day can be therapeutic, so long as it isn’t every day. I’ve had trouble sleeping lately, too, mostly due to the unsettled weather. Love rain and thunderstorms, but HATE severe weather. And now I want lasagna, but it’s way too hot to make it. Thank you for taunting me.

  • Alice Audrey says:

Yeah, nothing like a bunch of sex toys to keep you up too late at night.

  • I had to laugh about the buzzing sex toy warehouse. Nothing like sex on the brain to disturb sleep. ;)

  • I loathe all insects, mosquitoes included. There’s no such thing as too “much” sex toy shopping. haven’t had enough sleep in a few days, either which has also made my brain spit out crap every time I try to write. I used to love, LOVE pajamas but more and more I’m finding myself in favor of sleeping in my birthday suit.

  • Sasha Devlin says:

I hope things simma down soon so you can write. But you know that. *stalk, stalk*

And I snorted about the vibe factory. Hilarious.

  • Umm very interesting. Last blog mentioned cucumbers, now sex toys lol Me thinks it’s a conspiracy.
    Happy T13!

  • And how EXACTLY do you know how a crackwhore’s crotch itches? LOL!
You can do it. I have faith in you. Now, go write.

  • I actually dreamed about a dildo once. It was plastic, that cheap kind of hard plastic that circus prize toys are made of. Brown, like a soldier toy or something. It hung from a string in the store window on the street I walked down. When I stopped to look, it … woke up and started swimming through the air, chasing me.

    o.O…

I don’t like these dreams, mamma!

    ~grin~

    Happy TT!

  • As soon as I read # 13, I knew I had to read this blog and I just kept nodding my head througout.

Jammies are far under appreciated. While driving the other day I had to blink and remind myself I was here, not there (in my novel with my characters) I could go on, but you get the idea. I think we must share a brain. : )
